At NPS Solovair, we pride ourselves on the quality of our British-made footwear and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your boots or shoes do not provide the perfect fit, we are happy to facilitate a refund or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn footwear back in its original Solovair branded box and secure it inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our Northamptonshire factory, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
